Please be advised that Nature’s Garden brand of Cibo Vita Fairlawn, NJ has Wasabi Choco Mix that was mistakenly labeled with the OK kosher symbol and not the OK-D kosher symbol. This product contains dairy ingredients as stipulated in the ingredient and allergen panels. This product is DAIRY. Corrective action has been taken.

Please be advised that at Nature’s PromiseThe OK kosher symbol was inadvertently placed on some labels of Nature’s Promise Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa & Skim Milk. Product was pulled from all Stop & Shop New York and New England stores; as well as all Giant-Landover and Giant-Carlisle stores.

Please be advised that Sunkist Breakfast Espresso Trail Mix and Sunkist Mango Dark Chocolate Trail Mix distributed by SNACK IT FORWARD (Los Angeles, CA) and sold at Walmart stores have been mislabeled with a plain OK kosher symbol instead of OK-D (dairy) designation. Please note that all other products bearing the OK kosher symbol are now certified.

Please be advised that Although OK Kosher Certification has removed certification from Kabir’s Bakery on December 4, 2015, we have reason to believe that their products are still being distributed with the OK kosher symbol at various point of sale locations. Please contact the OK Kosher Certification office (718-756-7500; [email protected]) with store location if you see these products being sold. Pictures of the label are always helpful. Corrective action is being pursued.

Franquicias Kosher de Panama S.A. is advertising kosher fried chicken under the TIBI Gourmet label, bearing an unauthorized OK kosher symbol on the packaging. OK Kosher Certification does not certify this product.
Corrective action is being taken.
