OK Kosher Tape Order Form

Restaurants and caterers can order refills of kosher tape online by filling out this form.

We require food service companies to seal all outgoing orders with branded OK Kosher tape. We supply you with a starter amount of tape at the onset of your certification. However, when it’s time to stock up, this is the place to order more kosher tape rolls.

Be sure that the type and color of tape you order is correct for the requirements in your Certification Agreement. So, if your establishment is Pareve, select Pareve, for Meat, select Meat, and for Dairy, of course, Dairy. We give you the option to submit multiple orders and to keep a credit card on file, if you choose.
