Chamomile Tea – Aids in sleep and relaxation, can reduce stress and help relax muscle spasms.
Green Tea – Can help lower bad cholesterol and reduce blood clotting; can also help lower blood pressure.
Hibiscus Tea – Can improve liver health, lower blood pressure, and helps reduce cravings for sweets; may also prevent kidney stones.
Oolong Tea – Contains l-theanine which can help reduce anxiety and aid in alertness and attention; L-theanine can also help prevent cognitive decline.
Black Tea – Contains high levels of tannins which have anti-bacterial and antiinflammatory properties.
